Document overall exterior view of CleanSwitch RTO

Provides baseline visual record of the full unit for each PM visit and supports trend comparison across visits.

Focus: Frame the entire unit including ductwork, access platform, ladder, and control enclosure. Note any visible corrosion, leaks, missing panels, or structural damage.

#2 · Front side externals

Inspect front-side exhaust fan and damper bank

The exhaust fan, isolation damper, fresh-air damper, and tee dampers are the primary external flow-control components and should be confirmed undamaged each PM.

Focus: Confirm exhaust fan housing, isolation damper, fresh-air damper, and tee dampers are present and intact. Look for visible damage, missing actuators, or signs of leakage at flanges.

#3 · Equipment nameplate

Document equipment nameplate

Captures the CS-model and serial number for record correlation and asset tracking.

Focus: Take a legible close-up of the nameplate; record model (e.g., CS-200, CS-300, CS-350, CS-600, CS-1235) and serial.

#5 · Media bed (internal)

Inspect ceramic media bed internally by side

Ceramic media condition directly affects heat recovery and VOC destruction efficiency; internal inspections are performed by media side (e.g., Media A).

Focus: Confirm ceramic media is in place without collapse, fouling, cracking, or debris accumulation. Note which media side is being documented.
