About this equipment

The VOC1015 is a Dürr Vocsidizer-style regenerative VOC abatement unit that destroys volatile organic compounds via a heated ceramic media bed with reversing poppet/switch valves directing process flow between A and B sides. Preventive maintenance covers the internal media beds, cold faces and cold face supports, burner stone and nozzle, switch/poppet valves and their shafts/bearings/seal plates, exhaust fan and manifold, and the external gas train, dampers, and control/poppet cabinets.
